The operating layer for lead-gen agencies

Agencies run five tools per client.Outwire makes them one business.

Sending stays in the tools your clients already pay for. Outwire sits above all of them: one lead record per person, one reply engine, one cockpit across every client.

Works with Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, HubSpot, Slack and the rest of your stack.

Who it's for

Lead-gen agencies with 5 to 40 client accounts, 2 to 10 people and no engineer. You sell meetings. You shouldn't drown in tabs.

What we never build

Sending infrastructure, warmup, proxies or LinkedIn automation. Those vendors are good and getting better. We are the layer above.

What only we do

See one person across every tool and channel, decide what to do with the reply, prove ROI per client, and alert before infra burns.

How it works

From signed client to renewal, in one place.

Onboarding, connectors, replies, routing, guardrails and reporting run on the same lead record, for every client.

See all nine stages
  1. 2Onboard in an hour

Onboard in an hour, not a week.

A six-step wizard turns a new client into a configured workspace, a Relay voice profile, live connectors and routing rules. Your account manager answers questions. The platform does the setup.

  2. 3Connect the stack

    Connect what they already use.

Each client workspace connects to its own sending tools, dialers, data and CRM. Every connector shows live health, so a broken sync is a badge on your dashboard, not a surprise on the client call.

  3. 5Relay handles replies

    Relay handles every reply.

A reply lands from any channel. Within seconds Relay has classified it, scored intent, drafted an answer in the client's voice, and decided whether it can send alone, needs one tap, or needs a human. Every decision is logged.

  4. 6Leads get routed

Routing rules you can read out loud.

Rules are plain sentences your account manager sets per client. Hot leads land in the client's Slack, the CRM and the calendar. No Zapier, no n8n, no "who owns that automation".

  5. 7Guardrails watch infra

    Know before the domain burns.

Most agencies find out a domain is burned when the client asks why replies stopped. Outwire reads the health signals every tool already exposes, warns days earlier, and attaches the fix.

Pricing is on this client's human-only list. Relay never invents numbers, so it prepares notes for the SDR and sends nothing.

Notes for the SDR

High intent: Maya opened all three emails and clicked the case study. Playbook says share the pricing one-pager and offer a 20-minute call with two slots from the client's calendar.

Three things to fix today

  1. 1Bharat Logistics: Pause mailboxes on outreach-bharat.com and rotate to the reserve domain. Bounce trend up 3 days.
  2. 2Northline: Sender Priya has 140 pending invites, acceptance down to 19%. Reduce to 15 per day for a week.
  3. 3Acme: "Pricing question" is now 22% of replies. Add an answer to Relay's playbook so it stops landing in the human queue.

What only a layer above can do.

A sending tool only knows its own sequences. Outwire knows the person, the client and the promise.

Ask in plain English

The cockpit is an agent surface. Ask from Slack or Claude instead of learning filters.

Which clients are behind on meetings this month?

Two. Bharat Logistics is at 5 of 12, driven by a bouncing domain. Northline is at 9 of 10, and one LinkedIn sender is slowing.

Built for trust

Autonomy you can dial in, per client.

Automation that touches your clients' prospects has to be safe by default. These are the rules Outwire is built on.

How we keep it safe

Tiered autonomy

Every client starts in training: Relay drafts, a person approves. After 5 approved drafts in a row a manager can switch the client to autopilot, and 2 bad drafts in the last 10 put it back in training. One bad auto-reply costs more than a hundred approvals, and the defaults reflect that.

Full audit trail

What was sent, by whom or by Relay, why, and at what confidence. Every classification, draft, edit and routing action is logged and reviewable.

Never touches LinkedIn directly

Outwire never automates LinkedIn itself. It reads and writes through HeyReach and equivalent vendors, who carry the platform risk. We carry the intelligence.

Per-client data isolation

Each client's prospect data lives in its own isolated workspace, with region-aware storage, per-client export and deletion, and retention rules the agency sets.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

Which tools do you support?

Sending: Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison. LinkedIn: HeyReach, Expandi, La Growth Machine. Calling: Aircall, JustCall, AI voice. Data: Clay, Apollo, CSV / Sheets. CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Close, Salesforce. Notify: Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, Calendly, Cal.com. We keep at least three vendors per category, so if one throttles or changes its API you switch tools without leaving Outwire.

Do you send emails?

No. Sending stays in Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach and the dialers your clients already pay for. We never build sending infrastructure, warmup or proxies. When Relay sends an approved reply, it goes out through the original tool, on the same thread, from the same sender.

When does Relay send a reply by itself?

Never on day one. Every new client starts in training: Relay drafts, a person approves. After 5 approved drafts in a row a manager can switch the client to autopilot, and even then Relay only answers the campaigns you select and sends the reply types you allow (by default, out-of-office replies only), 2 to 9 minutes after the prospect writes, inside the client's business hours, up to 60 a day. Two bad drafts in the last 10 put the client back in training.

Is LinkedIn safe?

Outwire never automates LinkedIn itself. It reads and writes through vendors like HeyReach, who carry the platform risk. Guardrails watch acceptance decay, pending invites and restriction warnings per sender, so you slow down before an account is at risk.

How is each client's data kept separate?

Every client lives in its own isolated workspace with its own roles. Storage is region-aware, you can export or delete a single client's data at any time, and you set the retention rules. Network benchmarks are anonymised and aggregated.

Can my clients see their pipeline?

Yes. Each client gets a portal with their live pipeline, the actual conversations (read only) and a weekly report every Monday, without your account manager building a slide. On Agency and Scale it is white-labelled on your domain.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no annual lock-in, and per-client export means you leave with every client's data.

Run every client like one business.

Connect the tools you already pay for. Your first client is onboarded in about an hour, and every reply is handled from then on.
